Partners in Education

The students and staff at DES appreciate and are very grateful for our partners in education. The Suffolk Public Schools Partners-In-Education program brings together businesses, corporations, churches, and nonprofit organizations with our schools to enhance the education of our students.

The program is designed to establish a voluntary relationship between a business/organization and a school in order to:

-Support and enrich the education of students;
-Encourage and support school faculty and staff;
-Promote community strength and identify needs; and
-Provide business employees and organization members the opportunity to identify the successes and needs of the public school systems. volunteers for school-wide activities, gifts for special events

The DES 2017-2018 Partners in Education include:

-Suffolk Fire Department
-Bayport Credit Union
